November 2016

Congratulations to Jina and Arshia for their recent publication!

A collaborative effort among the Seidlits, Demer and Tintut labs at UCLA leads to a publication in the American Journal of Pathology titled: “Inflammation drives retraction, stiffening and nodule formation via cytoskeletal machinery in a 3-dimensional culture model of aortic stenosis” (DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.ajpath.2016.05.003).

Dr. Seidlits publishes three new articles with the Shea Lab at University of Michigan

Just published 3 new manuscripts with the Shea Lab: 1) “Dynamic transcription factor activity networks in response to independently altered mechanical and adhesive microenvironmental cues” in Integrative Biology (DOI: 10.1039/C6IB00093B), “Localized lentivirus delivery via peptide interactions” in Biotechnology and Bioengineering (DOI: 10.1002/bit.25961), and “Semi-automated counting of axon regeneration in PLG spinal cord bridges” in the Journal of Neuroscience Methods (DOI: 10.1016/j.jneumeth.2016.01.021).

New publication from the lab – a group effort!

Several lab members contributed to a recent publication on a collaborative project with the Shea Lab at the University of Michigan. The paper, titled “Reducing neuroinflammation by delivery of IL-10 encoding lentivirus from multiple-channel bridges” was published in Bioengineering & Translational Medicine (DOI: 10.1002/btm2.10018).
